Thanks for the feedback. As you are probably aware this didn't go ahead as
planned due to the beta freeze. I will be sending out a mail shortly about
the new planned date for the outage and I will send it to a wider audience.

Should this also be sent to the usual announce lists? I'm afraid I can't
seem to find it either on announce or devel-announce. Perhaps stuck in
the moderation queue?

It's not in the moderation queue. I'd encourage the team to make use of
those venues as well as discussion.fedoraproject.org for major
infrastructure announcements like this.
